NOTE: Because we are getting asked for reviews, let me explain. We are new to this site and have not rented to anyone yet who can provide a review. We rented our home for years on Vrbo, if you want to visit that site (the address is below) you can read the reviews. We stopped renting our home the end of 2019, after enjoying it with our family and renovations the last three years, we decided to put it back on the rental market.

This quintessential Cape home has amazing ocean and marsh views from the main living area where you can sit for hours watching birds of all kinds.

The location is second to none in a quiet residential area that is surrounded by beaches, all within walking distance, and offers dozens of restaurants and shops that are just a 1 mile walk to Hyannis Harbor or 1.5-mile walk to Main Street Hyannis.

The house has a large deck off the back which overlooks a beautiful marsh and where you can watch the boats leaving Hyannis Harbor or various species of birds going about their daily routine. You'll enjoy a family BBQ, yard games or a giant Jenga game. The kitchen is well equipped to handle most cooking creations which can be shared around the large interior farm table, or easy access to the well apportioned deck.

The master bedroom, located on the first floor, has a king bed with a half bath. Just outside the master bedroom is the outdoor shower. The guest room, located on the first floor, is equipped with a queen bed and is steps away from the main full bathroom (with tub). The second floor has two bedrooms, each has a full and twin bed & some great views and which share one full bath (stand up shower).

The basement is the typical unfinished Cape house basement, this is where the washer and dryer are located. The house has a shed on the property to lock up bikes or anything you feel necessary.

The entire house was newly renovated in 2022. We've been told by other guests ''It's the perfect Cape home'', ''It's a slice of heaven.''

    Mike and Sandy purchased their Cape home in 2011 and have enjoyed it with their family and friends throughout the years. They rented their home between 2012-2020 and had wonderful experiences (meeting great people) and receiving outstanding reviews. They took a break from rented to enjoy more time with their family and recently (2022) completed a major renovation of the property, inside and out, and now look to share their new and improved property again with families looking to build long lasting memories on the Cape.

    What is special about this property?
    The views are beautiful & peaceful from every room and window in the rear of the property, and especially from the large and spacious deck. The location is also very peaceful and perfectly located in an extremely quiet neighborhood, where you can safely ride bikes or walk to multiple beaches (Veterans .2 mi, Kalmus .5 mi, Keys 1 mi.), Hyannis Harbor 1 mile away and historic Main Street Hyannis 1.5 miles away. Load up on groceries upon arrival and everything you need is within 2 miles of your vacation home.

    What is special about your town?
    Hyannis is a village on the Cape Cod peninsula in Massachusetts. It's known for beaches like wide Kalmus Park Beach and the private Kennedy Compound at nearby Hyannis Port (~1.5 mile walk from our home). The John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum on Main Street (approx. 1.5 miles away) chronicles the assassinated U.S. president's family vacations through videos and photographs. At the harbor you can visit the Cape Cod Maritime Museum that has boat-building exhibits, enjoy multiple waterfront restaurants/bars, and catch a Ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket Island.
