Located a half mile from Main Street's best restaurants, shops and nightlife, this recently renovated expansive 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is convenient to many Hyannis attractions including the ferries to both islands.  This three level home is Dog Friendly, has central A/C, WIFI and sleeps 9. 

About This Home:
The perfect beach house that has it all! The backyard offers a great space for entertaining & playing with the kids! Families are sure to love the 1/2 mile stroll to Main Street Hyannis for shopping, eating and entertainment. Take in a game with the beloved Cape Cod Baseball league, or hop a ferry to Nantucket. 

Through the breezeway to a sunroom with art and color choices that confirm you are on the Cape!   The multipurpose entry room has sliders that open right up to the backyard brick patio with outdoor furniture to spend the afternoon reading a book or listening to the birds - the perfect spot for Fido to catch some sun!

Entrance to the garage is to the right where you will find beach chairs for your use. Feel free to store your beach toys, but please do not park your car. 

The large eat-in kitchen well stocked so that the chef in your group will surely appreciate.  Lots of cabinet space - gas range, dishwasher and French-door fridge help make meal prep and clean-up effortless.The table seats six for family meals.  Remember, the glass topped table in the entryway seats 4.  

You'll notice the hardwood floors throughout the home as you pass from room to room. The light-filled living room welcomes you with a classic nautical vibe.  Settle into a plush couch or the armchairs and watch shows on the large flat screen TV.

Straight ahead on the right is the first full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.  The main level primary bedroom has a comfy Queen bed and plenty of closet space.  The second bedroom has a day bed with a trundle and two closets.  The shark theme is sure to delight the adventurous ones in the group!  Both bedrooms have their own mini-split A/C units.

On the upper level, to the right is the third bedroom with three twin beds with a double closet.  The second full bathroom is located here and has a tub/shower combo.  To the left is the fourth bedroom with a Queen bed and skylights to let sunshine in.  Both upstairs bedrooms have their own mini-split A/Cs.

The lush backyard features a dining patio, gas grill and fire pit.  Watch ducks and other wildlife swim in the stream when the water level is high. The outdoor shower is an easy way to refresh after a fun-filled day at the beach.  

Lower level boasts a multi-use room for games, remote working/learning or a perfect place to watch a scary movie!  Door from this room lead to the side yard which has a great view of the stream. 

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included:  A large reusable tote with: 2 rolls of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, sponge, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent and hand sanitizer (subject to change based on guest needs and marketplace availability). 

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
No Smoking of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
Dog Friendly Homes are for a Dog only.  This home allows 1 dog.  With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $200 fee.  A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.  
Max parking of cars at property: 4 - No parking on lawn anytime. 
Fireplace is not for guest use. 

Additional Information to Assist You:

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. State and local taxes are charged if applicable.  
For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. NEVR complies with the directives listed on the Mass.gov website. Please be aware that information may be updated and the details of your reservation may also be required to change, potentially without much notice. If the MA Governor issues a MA Rental Ban for MA Vacation Rental Homes, we will allow you to move your reservation to a future date, or provide a refund. Please note, any other reasons to cancel would follow our normal cancellation policy.
Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc. Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen/concierge services if not included with your rental home. Please ask our guest specialist for details.
