The first floor is not rented out, and only used by owners occasionally. Beach access across the street!

Relax on the private outdoor deck with a gas grill and dining area. Amenities include beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, grill equipment, and recyclable dishware. Don’t feel like grilling? Walk ~15 min to Main Street restaurants, bars and shops.

Take the ferry to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard via the nearby ferry port just ~1.5 miles. All linens, bath & beach towels included!
