The neighborhood beach is an amazing spot for kids, very safe and protected with a massive sandbar when the tide goes out. There is a fantastic barrier beach that runs the length. Set up shop and catch crabs, go fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding. The Aves is a private neighborhood with four way stops at most cross streets, so it is a great place for the kids to explore and ride bikes.

The house is located just minutes from shopping, dining, bars, and attractions in downtown Hyannis. Craigville Beach is less than a mile away, Four Seas Ice cream and Osterville are only a few minutes away.

The House:
Updated cottage with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath - sleeps 7. Bedroom in the basement is separate from the rest of the house and has a couch, big tv, and central air, great spot for a teenager or an adult guest. The home has central air, a great sunroom and an amazing private fenced-in back yard which has a deck, patio, outdoor shower, and gas grill - see photos! There is a washer and dryer in the basement.

Rental comes with beach chairs, bikes, a kayak, a cornhole set and other beach gear.
