This well-equipped home has brand new wooden floors throughout and is perfect for your large family and/or friends with four spacious newly climate-controlled bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

Bedroom number one has a king bed, brand new AC unit, a Smart flat screen TV, an en suite bathroom and private balcony facing The Yachtsman Courtyard and Pool. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a new Smart TV, brand new AC unit and an adorable window seat/nook with the same beautiful courtyard view. The Third Bedroom has a king bed, new AC unit and a private balcony that looks onto Lewis Bay and Kennedy Park Beach. The fourth bedroom also views of Lewis Bay and has two twin beds, new AC unit and a new Smart TV! The washer & dryer is conveniently located on the second floor as well as another full bathroom with a tub & shower.

Enjoy family style meals prepared in the extra wide open newly renovated kitchen and dining room that seats 12. The living room is also extra wide and has a giant new smart ~ flat screen TV plus plenty of seating for everyone. You will enjoy your BBQ from a Weber Natural Gas Grill on the lower balcony with seating for 8. Spend time sunbathing and then await the sunset and moonrise on your private rooftop balcony with seating for 8 people and plenty of tables perfect for your beverages. The homeowners have generously provided board games, puzzles and playing cards for your enjoyment. This is truly a wonderful place for your vacation!

There are many local attractions including Hyannis Harbor, Hy-Line Cruises, Main Street Hyannis (Restaurants & Shops), Veterans Memorial Park/Beach, Kalmus Beach, JFK Museum.

Pool Hours are seasonal. Only open on weekends in the month of June. Closed after Labor Day.

Check in is at 4pm - an earlier check in might be possible. Check out is 10am sharp - the cleaners need to get started.

We highly recommend bringing your own sheets and towels, so you are not spending the last morning of your vacation doing laundry. Sheets and towels are available; however, they must be washed, dried, folded and put away before your 10am check out.
