Located in the beautiful, sought-after seaside village of Hyannis Port, there exists a small enclave of cottages called Harbor Village. We are proud to now offer this amazing, stand-alone cottage for rent.

This cute and cozy 825 square foot cottage is fully furnished and beautifully decorated in a “Coastal Comfort meets Cottage Funk” style. The cottage accommodates up to 4 people over night. The cottage backs up to conservancy land and has an awesome view overlooking Stewarts Creek where you can watch egrets, herons, ducks, osprey, and many other birds in the woodlands.

The cottage features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and beautiful outdoor space with an expansive private deck that features a lounging area, dining area, outdoor shower, gas grill and of course, the amazing water views.

From the Cottage, it’s a short walk to Ocean Avenue and the beach. From there, you can watch ferries and boats traversing Lewis Bay, the Nantucket Sound, and the Hyannis Port Harbor (and Yacht Club). Walk another couple of minutes, and you are at Keyes Memorial Beach in Hyannis.

This cottage is being offered for weekly rental (7 consecutive days from Saturday to Saturday) for a minimum of 1 week, and is available from May through October. If a longer consecutive rental period is desired, the cottage may be rented in 1 week increments. If your rental need is outside of the months noted above, please call to discuss.
