You will LOVE this location. Ideal for carefree getaways, beachcombing, seafood, and shopping. This lovely 800 sq ft. 2 bedroom year round home is completely furnished for your convenience. This home features a large screened porch that has a ceiling fan, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with top-mount refrigerator, new stainless farmer's sink, one double bedded master bedroom with ceiling fan, a twin bedded room , and a full bath with shower/tub. The living room features a full size sleep sofa. It is on a quiet side street where you can relax and unwind after a busy day at the beach. Forget the traffic once you pull into the driveway. It is close to the Cape Cod Mall, the Melody Tent, Craigville Conference Center and lovely Lake Elizabeth, Osterville and Centerville Main St., 4 Seas Ice Cream, churches, hospital, Hyannis, and island boats. Nice area for biking and walking. Cedar enclosed outdoor shower. This location is fabulous for access and peace---it's a great neighborhood for strolling at any time of day, mostly flat. THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS......CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH...IDEAL GETAWAY PLACE IN A GREAT LOCATION WITH PLENTY OF RESTFUL MOMENTS AND GREAT MEMORIES. Come on down to Centerville and enjoy the Cape year round when the really special parts of the hidden Cape come alive and the crowds have dispersed. Wi-fi and smart cable tv provided. Sleeps 4. I have owned the Cape Cod'dage for over 35 yrs. and enjoy sharing it with others who can fall in love with the area. It's in a great location for year round respite on the Cape and I find that most of my guests feel the same way. I look forward to each new person or family who gets to find their happy place here.

What is special about this property?
My favorite parts of the Cape Cod'dage are it's location and quiet neighborhood. There is a lovely screen porch for dining and relaxing under the fan. There is a nice outside shower . Great area for walking .

What is special about your town?
The Cape Cod'dage is located less than a mile from Craigville Village, the present home of the Craigville Conference Center. It's an easy walk from the house and is a hidden gem, reminiscent of the Cottages in Oak Bluffs on Martha's Vineyard. There is a scale downed version of the gingerbread cottages, including an adorable post office and playground . You can stroll there and pass Lake Elizabeth on the way. The location of this property is the real value here, as the street is quiet, clean , safe and local to all Cape Cod amenities. It is less than a mile from Craigville Beach, yet world's away from the crowds. You can drive to 4 Seas Ice Cream, Osterville. the Old Country Store in Centerville and historic Centerville village as well.
