This house is offered as a minimum 7-night stay accommodation with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 3). For stays longer than one month, an additional bedroom can be opened so that the house can accommodate 5 persons with 3 bedrooms (discuss with owner). The house is available during the 4 months of June thru September. No stays of less than one week are offered. The lowest nightly rate will be offered for stays in excess of 1 month. Located in a private and quiet location, this house is ideal for those who want to be away from noisy distractions yet be within minutes driving distance of beaches, natural vistas, Truro, and the surrounding areas, Provinvetown and Wellfleet. Truro offers beautiful beaches, swimming, and golf. This house is a single-floor space, with the exception of the laundry machine and dryer, which are in the basement.

At Truro Center, 1/4 mile from the house, is a deli/grocery/coffee shop, and a post office. Truro has a golf course.
If you want more hustle and bustle, Provincetown, the bohemian capital of Cape Cod, is 9 miles away (15 minutes away by car), with art galleries, curio shopping, whale watching, and much more. Wellfleet, also minutes away by car, offers world-class oysters and lobsters, a variety of restaurants, and numerous art exhibits as well, all within easy walking distance of one another. Relax in the private house, surrounded by woods, or get out and discover Cape Cod!

A car is recommended for transportation to and from this property. A car in Truro is a ''necessity'' due to distances and limited public transportation, but there is a bus stop one block away where frequet buses can be caught to and from Provincetown or Wellfleet. Two of Truro's beaches offer pay-per-day parking; all beaches offer parking if a time-period permit is purchased (weekly, monthly, whatever). Beaches are accessible without charge for drop-offs, pedestrians and cyclists. Cell-phone reception is good at the house; no other source of phone or WiFi is included. As a precaution against coronavirus, etc, please bring your own bed linens (sheets, pillow cases, pillows--all twin size beds) AND towels. if you must have bed linens provided, inquire to landlord about fee.

A Massachusetts state tax will be added to any stay of less than 32 days. A government-issued photo identification and deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges, such as unexpected damage. The person renting the property must have a minimum age of 30 years. Onsite parties or group events are prohibited. Pets of any kind are prohibited (no dogs, cats, or any other animals). Any payments to the property-owner must be in the form of check or cash. Credit cards are not accepted.
