Description

Our cottage has three bedrooms with full kitchen, remodeled bathroom and a washer and dryer. We are located at 7 Great Hollow Rd in North Truro, less than a mile walk down the road to Great Hollow Beach on the bayside and a short 5 -10 min drive from several oceanside beaches.

We are within walking distance (5 min) from the Whitman House restaurant, the Bass Tavern and Savory, and the Sweet Escape that features one of a kind home-made ice cream, as well as pizza and a wide assortment of breakfast items. We are only a short 10-15 min drive to either Provincetown or Wellfleet, both of which have many fine shops and restaurants.. We are also right around the corner form the Truro Vineyard and South Hollow Spirits that offers an excellent selection of wines and fine spirits.

Our cottage is one of 18 cottages in a small, wooded community. We can comfortably sleep 7 persons. The master bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed, the second bedroom has a double bed (with smart TV and DVD player) and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top, double on the bottom). All bedrooms have carpeted floors. Please be advised that we do NOT provide linens and towels. However, the kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig brewer and a coffee maker. There is also a charcoal grill outside. The cabin also has 2 Smart flat screen TV's with cable, DVD player and secure Wi-Fi ((Netflix, Hulu, YouTube enabled). Each bedroom is equipped with a window fan and a table/floor fan and there are 2 floor fans in the main room as well. We have room for 2 cars and we can make arrangements to provide 2 keys, if necessary. Very family oriented cottage and surroundings.

We rent our cottage weekly (Saturday to Saturday) from June 12 - September 11 (high summer season). For the off-season, the minimum stay is three (3) nights.

    Great summer week in North Truro
    My family and I had a great week in this cottage in North Truro. With three double beds and 2 singles there was room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and with beaches close by and small markets and restaurants around the corner, we were set for the week! My kids loved that we had cable for watching movies at night. The owner was extremely prompt with communication and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

    I have been going down to the Cape for decades and have always loved the Outer Cape. I fish, swim and hike with my family while we are down there.

    What is special about this property?
    Our place is very secluded, but close to everything. We are just a short 10-15 drive from the many shops, art galleries and restaurants of both Provincetown and Wellfleet. We are just 5 minutes from 4 terrific ocean beaches and multiple bay side beaches.
