It flows into a well-equipped kitchen with two breakfast seats, ceiling fan, and a dining room that seats four. This leads onto a private patio, with a lounge, table/umbrella and electric grill and a fenced in private back yard surrounded by high shade trees and evergreens.
The large bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, ceiling fan, TV/DVD,and close access to a full bath, with double sinks, and tub/shower. The guest bedroom in the finished basement has a twin bed, cable, telephone, ceiling fan and large closet. This appealing home is well landscaped with privacy, quiet neighbors and the best of Cape Cod.
