Sliders off the kitchen open to a generous deck with gas grill and outdoor seating for six.

The front to back living room is equipped with a brand new 60'' smart HDTV, mounted above a gas fireplace. The living room is perfect for family game nights.

This home has 3 bedrooms all located on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, walk-in closet and beautiful master bath with marble counter top.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bath.

The third bedroom is furnished with a full and twin size bunk bed set. This bedroom's en suite has a bathtub for little ones.

The bottom floor boasts another living room area for children and adults with a sectional couch and 55'' HDTV. There is another half bath on this floor that walks out to the enclosed mahogany outdoor shower. The laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer is off the half bath.

You can walk out from this level to the expansive back yard, overlooking conservation land, and relax in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit and patio, or lie in the hammock.

This island oasis home is located a street away from the bike path in Edgartown. It is 3.5 miles from State Beach, 6.5 miles from South Beach, and 2.5 miles from the Triangle.

Cleaning fee is included in rent. $1000 security deposit required.

    Memories of a Lifetime

    We are going on our 3rd summer of renting this property and won't even consider looking elsewhere. This meticulous home is very private with the most beautiful yard and landscaping. The location of the home is perfect for us, a quick ride to State beach which is so relaxing with plenty of parking. On days we want a bit more of an adventure we will drive in the other direction to South Beach where the waves are an absolute blast and still just a quick drive from home.

    We have 8 people vacation in this home and there is plenty of room for the adults and kids. We all have our own sleeping and bath space which is perfect.The finished basement after a long day in the sun is the perfect place for kids to unwind and play a video game or watch a movie after grilling dinner out on the back deck or cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor shower is a slice of heaven. Before the kids even walk in the house from the beach they are cleaned and suits are in the wash without all the sand in the house because of the layout. It's perfect!

    We've explored all parts of the Island based on the recommendations from Kim and Jim. They gave us a long list of "must do's", restaurants to try, and sites to see. They ensure you have the most wonderful vacation to make memories for a lifetime. My 2 kids are already asking how long until we visit the Vineyard again. We are counting the days until we are back grabbing the Golden Ring on the famous carousel in Oak Bluffs.     show more show less

    Amazing vacation

    This was by far the best vacation house we have ever rented! The house is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The location is also perfect. The house has everything you need! I can't wait to go back!!

    We decided to build our home a few years ago after vacationing on Martha's Vineyard for over twenty years. My husband lived and worked in Edgartown throughout his college and law school summers. We have family that now live on Island year round and expect to be there year-round someday.

    We only rent our home for a few weeks every summer and then enjoy it for ourselves. Our families come back every year, but this year we have the first two weeks of August open unexpectedly.

    What is special about this property?
    Our home has every comfort you may need during your stay. We paid attention to every detail to make your stay most enjoyable. Centrally located in Edgartown, our home makes it easy to access all three down-island towns and you can also pop up the rotary to head up-Island with ease.

    What is special about your town?
    I love every town on MV. Each town is unique and I would highly recommend visiting each of the 6 towns! Our location makes it very easy to get around the island whether on bikes, bus or your own private car.
