This comfortable and charming home is located within a 5 minute walk to downtown Edgartown with great shopping, movie theater, quiet harbor, and fabulous restaurants. Fuller Street Beach and the Lighthouse Beach are approximately a mile away, a 5 minute drive will get you to State Beach, or drive or bike to the roar of the ocean at South Beach about 3-4 miles away. It is located near all the major Island roads, making it easy to get to any of the other Island towns and attractions. It's right on the bus line if you want to leave your car behind for the day. The local grocery store is just around the corner.

This home features four crisp bedrooms each with a good sized closet. The kitchen was just remodeled featuring a gas stove, granite countertop and a granite peninsula where a small group can gather to eat. It also has a good sized kitchen table and sliding glass door out to the patio. There is lots of light. The comfortable living room has a large flat screen TV and DVR for watching movies on rainy days. It is an open floor plan. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Outside is a furnished patio area with gas grill, large yard for lawn games and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Air conditioning throughout with controls in each room. There is a basketball hoop outside.

Very comfortable house. We just needed to relax and we found the right spot. The house has 3 televisions, 4 bedrooms, good wifi. So we all had privacy yet there was good space for us to gather together for meals and conversation. We liked the outdoor shower and the proximity to the beach. We drove there but it was only a 5 minute drive. Nice paintings around the house and a very comfortable couch. Good price for the area.
We walked to some very good restaurants. Highly recommended.

Thank you, Jane, for renting us your lovely home. The setting is so nice on a quiet street where the kids can play in the fenced in yard and the adults can walk to Edgartown Center. We walked downtown every evening for dinner. We tried all the good restaurants. We also walked to Fuller St. Beach and rode our bikes to State Street Beach, South Beach and to Oak Bluffs. There's a few bike rental places right down the street. The location of your house is top notch! We also enjoyed the comfortable house and nice yard. Everything was clean cozy! show more show less

This house is fantastic! It has an open floor plan and a newly remodeled kitchen where we all hung out and cooked together, watched movies, and played board games. It rained so we stayed in a lot but we had a great time. Jane was very responsive to all of our questions when we were planning our trip and deciding on where to go , what to bring, and what to do. The house is clean and comfortable and best of all is the location. It's close to everything in Edgartown. We really didn't even need our car. You can walk to all the shops and the restaurants and the dock. We took our car on to the Vineyard but we ended up hopping on the bus at the end of the street if we wanted to go out of town. It was so convenient. Can't wait to stay here again next year. This is our 8th year in this house. Thank you, Jane! show more show less
