This cozy post and beam cottage is ideally located across the street from Morning Glory Farm, the MV Transit bus stop, and the bike path. The cottage is approximately 1 mile from Main Street and downtown Edgartown. It's a comfy 1 bedroom studio with a 2 bed loft. Easy to manage and perfect for a couple with extra beds for guests. The kitchenette is convenient and well equipped. Counter top electric burners, microwave, crockpot, blender, electric skillet, coffee pot and toaster oven plus pots, pans dishes and utensils. There is a ceiling fan and window air conditioner. Also, there is a front porch with rockers and out back there is a table and chairs, picnic table plus Weber gas grill and outside shower.

Approximately 3-4 miles to State Beach and South Beach in Katama. Easy living at its BEST!!!!

    Perfect Vacation Spot

    This beautiful post and beam structure was the perfect spot for our vacation. It's location is ideal, not far from the center of Edgartown, and with quick, easy access to other parts of the Vineyard. It was very clean, cozy, and the bed on the main floor was oh so comfortable. With just the two of us, we did not even need to use the loft area. We especially liked the outdoor shower and privacy this place offered - a true gem at a reasonable MV price.

    The owner, Bonnie is very welcoming, accommodating and will go out of her way to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay fun and memorable. We highly recommend this cottage and would stay there again in a heartbeat! show more show less
