Enjoy this beautiful new guest house on the outskirts of Katama (Edgartown) on Martha's Vineyard.

It is located 0.5 miles off of the right fork bike path and Katama general store, 1 mile to Morning Glory Farm, 1.5 miles from downtown Edgartown, 2 miles from South Beach, and 3 miles from Bend-in-the-Road State Beach.

Our guest house has a full kitchen, a full bath, a comfy studio room that sleeps 4 (queen bed and two twins, trundle style on top floor), a bedroom room downstairs (one full and one twin) as well as a screened-in porch connecting to an outdoor shower.

There is a small yard with hammock and chairs.

Amenities include AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, BBQ grill.

    Neil's place was an actual dream to stay in and made our trip to Edgartown so pleasant. His home is beautiful, quiet, and clean. There are many beds and it is a comfortable space. Neil was always responsive to questions and proactive in communication. His home is private and serene, but close to downtown and the beach. There is so much to do downtown that you will never be bored! I cannot wait to visit again soon.

    Neil's place was great. I thought my husband might want to move in :)
    Neil was super communicative and friendly. The property was very clean and a much better value than a hotel room on the island. Wish we had a few more days to spend!

    Neil and Danielle are both educators in Boston. The guest house was built in 2019 so that more people could enjoy Katama and all proceeds go to help pay for our kids college tuition! :)
