There are several different sitting areas, a living room, den, and a day room off of the kitchen. There is a 1st floor office and a full bath. The dining room sits 6-8 people for dinner. The gourmet kitchen features new high-end appliances including a Wolf stove. The kitchen has everything a chef would need. There is a beautiful hearth in the kitchen. Outside you will find a private, enchanting patio with comfortable furniture surrounded by gardens for afternoon and evening relaxing.

Continuing upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a sitting room with TV, and laundry. This home is perfect for one or two couples. Enjoy a delightful relaxing retreat at the Yellow Cottage this summer. Narrated walk-through video available to view on request.

Preference is a full Summer Rental or Monthly Rental. 2 weeks would be considered.
