What a nice surprise to find this rental! ADORABLE, perfect size and IMMACULATELY clean which is super important to me. Close to Edgartown, beaches and the bike path. We enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood. Everything you need is supplied, and Donna could not have been a more attentive host. She answered all of my questions quickly, and I found the process of booking the house super easy. As a busy professional from New York City, I don't have the time to search for rentals. You will fall in love with this home the minute you pull up. We were greeted with the spacious front deck with cozy outdoor furniture. Then fell in love the minute we walked into this home. The spacious open design is accented with soaring ceiling and skylights. Perfect sleeping accommodations with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The back deck works great for outdoor meals while the kids play in the yard. Great location on the island with privacy and seclusion set in a great neighborhood. You can bike ride around the island and a quick ride to all the beaches. No central but AC but good air flow throughout the house. One of the best vacations ever. show more show less

A great place in a great location, we enjoyed every minute. This house is meticulous, so tidy and has everything you need. Plenty of place for our family of 5 and we brought a guest. Beautiful beaches right near by and "Morning Glory" farm had the greatest organic fruits and veggies. I would absolutely recommend this vacation rental.

This was our first trip to MV. I could not be happier with the accommodations. This house is spectacular. It’s modern, spacious & cozy with all the amenities of home. The beaches were beautiful & the restaurants were great, but we almost didn’t want to leave the house!! We will definitely be back. Special thanks to Donna for answering all my questions & being so accommodating to our needs.

I stayed at this lovely little home for a last minute getaway and could not have been happier with my stay. Adorable home that is petite yet spacious. The neighborhood is great and it is an easy spot to get all around the island. I will definitely be returning! We love the home owners as well - so professional and welcoming.

We had a wonderful vacation while staying at Donna's home. The location of the property is ideal -i- n a quiet neighborhood, near bike riding paths, close to Edgartown, Morning Glory Farm, easy ride to Oak Bluffs. The house accommodated our family of 5 just fine. We were able to gather in the living room and comfortably watch the Olympics while lounging on the large sectional sofa, and we fit around the kitchen table with ease.

I would consider using the linen service that is offered next time. We did bring our own sheets, but were surprised there were no bedspreads or blankets or bath mats.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this home while enjoying Martha's Vineyard.

Upon arriving in mid-August 2008, we walked into a beautiful, clean and well-maintained home - just what the listing description had promised. My wife, two children (4 & 5 yrs. old) and I instantly felt at home. The house is private, comfortable and only a few minutes from Edgartown. This home is obviously not just a rental to the owners – you can feel that it’s truly special to them. They had it stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation. The front porch/deck is large and tasteful, and so is the rear porch/deck. We had sun when we wanted it, and shade when we needed it. We would highly recommend this rental. Location is great, house is terrific, and our experience with the owners was very positive. show more show less
