We absolutely love our home on Martha's Vineyard and we want others to be able to experience all the magic Katama Winds has to offer while we are not on Island.

Our home is located in Island Grove and steps away from Morning Glory Farm. We love walking over and picking up our provisions during our stay. We are 2 miles to South Beach and 2 miles to downtown Edgartown. We often grab our bikes and head right into town within 10 minutes you will find us on Main Street. Meetinghouse way which was recently paved is adjacent to our neighborhood and we take this road right into South Beach.

We offer a spacious and comfortable home for others to enjoy in a quiet neighborhood. Our open plan kitchen spills into a dining area that seats 8. As you travel through the house, you will find another sitting area with a gas fire place followed by a tv room. All of the bedrooms are located upstairs with 2 full baths on the same floor. The master bedroom is adjacent to an ensuite bathroom. Outside you will find the outdoor shower right off of the deck. Our deck sits 6 along with a gas grill available.

    Our stay at Katama Winds was delightful. The house was conveniently located in a lovely wooded neighborhood full of walking paths and the home itself was beautiful, comfortable very spacious. We were visiting with family and so pleased to be able to host meals and game nights. The owner was so easy to work with. She was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning!

    This is the perfect vacation home and your home away from home. It doesn't need to be improved in any way. It is just perfect and everything is handy and in place. It's very close to Edgartown and the beach and there's Morning Glory Farm a few blocks away.

    Hello, we are the Hartleys, fun loving, adventurous and passionate about all things Martha's Vineyard. We started this island journey in 2018, however, we have always been Cape and Island fans. When our family vacation home in Edgartown was sold in 2015 we knew we needed to strike on our own. We began a long search and after several years, we found Katama Winds! Its perfect for our family and friends and we love all of our time on island at our home. Our favorite part is sitting out on the front porch late afternoon and early evening sipping on a cocktail.


    What is special about this property?
    Katama Winds has a perfect flow. You walk in and immediately feel at ease and welcomed. The space is wide open with a perfect set up for relaxing and dining. We love all of the windows and the light bright interior space. Its a perfectly sized house with all the conveniences you need.

    What is special about your town?
    We love Edgartown! Our house sits right behind Morning Glory Farm and daily we walk over and pick up our provisions for the day. We often bike into town for shopping and dinner. Edgartown is a laid back community located on the water with great shops and restaurants. It is easy to navigate and carries so much charm. Edgartown is built on community and this is something we honor and love.
