We are former renters for 20 years and we finally bought a home in Edgartown. After lots of work we are ready to share this great location and newly renovated home with others. This is our first year renting our home but we understand the importance of making sure you and your family have everything you need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.


What is special about this property?
Very sunny lot with a large grass lawn and flower beds. We recently renovated the home, windows, floors walls and doors and newly painted, The side of the house has a covered porch which is great for morning coffee or a cold drink after a day at the beach or shopping. One great feature is this property is a 10 min walk to shopping, restaurants and Edgartown Harbor. no driving, no looking circling for a parking stop in the village. an absolute unique advantage.
