I have been a homeowner renting with weneedavacation.com for over 20 years. I just sold my previous rental home and purchased a larger home with a guest house. As as a result of this new endeavor this is a new listing and I do not have previous reviews to display. I truly want all vacationers to have a flawless time vacationing on the Vineyard. Over the many years that I have rented I have learned so much and have tried very hard to make your stay at my home a vacation to remember. So, that being said I provide the best of amenities and a clean,spotless home so all vacationers can enjoy their vacation to the fullest. What is special about this property?
Tashtego is my dream home. Almost everything is brand new after a complete year long rennovation. So you will find a new kitchen, new appliances, and three new baths. The home is furnished with a wonderful mix of quality antique furnishings and new design features. There are many gathering spaces, at the eat in kitchen, formal dining room, deck dining, outdoor sectional sofa, large living room, and the screened porch. Three rooms have direct access to the large deck and each of these rooms have oversized sliders/windows to capitalize on backyard views. The back yard is private and provides a wandering trail to the islands central walking paths and easy access to the bike path. If you want to experience the best beach on the island get a beach pass to spend the day at Lamberts Cove Beach. Then come home and take a leisurely shower in the large out door shower before your cocktails on the deck. In the backyard you will find Pip, a small back yard building outfitted with a twin bed and desk and chairs. Perfect for someone who needs some privacy for work.

Also located on the property but screened from the main house is Starbuck. A cute little cottage and is truly all about the Vineyard. Clean and neat and filled with decorator and antique finds. Each room is a delight. The location at the end of the road is so pleasant.

What is special about your town?
West Tisbury is centrally located in the island and is perhaps the most ''Vineyard'' of the towns. It has Alley's General Store, the Farmers Market, and the Ag Hall. It is a quiet town, filled with farms and garden centers. One of the greatest aspects of West Tisbury is that even though the pace is slower here, you are close to Vineyard Haven and all the shopping and restaurants. From here a trip up island to get a lobster roll and watch the fishing boats is a short ride. What makes West Tisbury most special is the wonderful Lamberts Cove Beach. Only renters and residents have access to this private beach.
