Brand new in 2022! Three night minimum so you can take advantage of a shorter stay. This is a lovely two bedroom apartment over the garage. Everything is brand new. There is a queen bed and two twins that provide for 4 guests. Nice open living room, dining area and kitchen with all the amenities you could ask for. A sweet place to stay for your summer vacation.

This is the first rental season and it is all set to go. Move in dates are flexible and there is a 3 night minimum. You can catch the bus at the end of the street to get to any town. The bike bath is also at the end of the street. Walking paths provide a nice walk into Edgartown. 2.9 miles to Edgartown Beach, 14 minute bike ride or a 6 minute car ride. This is such a central location to get to almost any part of the island.

    A Gem

    This guest house worked out perfectly for my family. It was a short drive to the town center of Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. The property was fully updated, clean, with all of the amenities that make you feel comfortable at the beach. The WiFi was very good and both my husband and I were able to work at the same time. The outdoor shower was amazing. The owners were so nice and accommodating. They offered my family eggs from their chicken coop which were exquisite. We had an early ferry going in and late ferry leaving. They allowed us to check in as soon as the place was ready and a late check out so we didn't have to drive around with our things. I would definitely return to this property show more show less
