The Gourmet Kitchen has stainless appliances, farmer's sink, and quartz counters. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking appliances and dining accessories needed. The Master Suite is located on the first floor with a king bed, two closets, and a bathroom with double vanity sinks. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and two twin beds. All three bedrooms have private en suite baths, which were newly renovated in 2023. All bedrooms also have new hardwood floors.

Outdoor entertaining is centered around the back brick patio, which opens out from the Dining/Kitchen Areas. There is a large table with umbrella and grilling area outside. There is a spacious, grassy backyard which receives lots of sun throughout the year. There is also an outdoor shower. The shed in the backyard houses beach items including multiple beach chairs, beach umbrellas and igloo coolers.

The basement has recently been updated, and includes a seating/play/TV area for relaxing. The sofa in the basement has a king size sofa-bed when converted for sleeping. There is also a full size foosball table. Lastly, two new washers and dryers are located in the basement to make laundry quick and easy.

The home is located toward the far end of Bold Meadow, with easy access to many miles of bike and walking trails in the state forest. The Bold Meadow community is tranquil with large trees, well-spaced lots and no through traffic. There is also a private tennis court for exclusive use of members of the community and their guests to enjoy.
