Note: House is undergoing a 250,000$ Reno this winter. Gourmet kitchen (Wolff, Subzero appliances, new carpenter made cabinets, new flooring) is being installed. All new flooring being installed upstairs and new powder room, laundry room and wall taken down between kitchen/ breakfast area and family room, tile floors installed in this area.

I will have ferry tickets for these open weeks to transfer if booked by the time I have to return the transfer tickets.

Located near South Beach in the heart of Katama on a private dirt road is your perfect Vineyard vacation stay!
Private, safe, large yard bordered by mature trees - the special place for families to barbecue, play lawn games, hang out on the spacious deck, and outside shower.
There are swings in the trees and a hammock for relaxing
Very family/children oriented…bikes, toys, craft center, outdoor games, soccer balls and goal cages for kids.

A two-minute walk to the bike/walking path and bus pick up!

The house is spacious with a table that fits 10 and 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths plus 2 bathtubs!!

One of the bedrooms is in its own separate apartment that can be closed off or open to the rest of the house.
Large garage for your bikes with outdoor games, beach toys and equipment and a craft center!

We also have a burley - just inquire about it.
Pack'n Play and high chair available.

You will love our resident bunnies and friendly turkeys who come to visit (we seem to be on their walking path) most days!
