Note: House is undergoing a 250,000$ Reno this winter. Gourmet kitchen (Wolff, Subzero appliances, new carpenter made cabinets, new flooring) is being installed. All new flooring being installed upstairs and new powder room, laundry room and wall taken down between kitchen/ breakfast area and family room, tile floors installed in this area.

I will have ferry tickets for these open weeks to transfer if booked by the time I have to return the transfer tickets.
