On the second level there is an over-sized Primary suite, 2 additional large bedrooms, full bath and laundry. 4 bathroom in all, each including a shower or tub making it convenient for showers after the beach, plus an outdoor shower.

The charming guest house comes complete with a bedroom with pocket doors, sitting room, full bath and kitchenette. Have breakfast and coffee while waiting for the main house to wake up or sleep in and avoid the hustle and bustle of the main house. Perfect for a small family, teens, grandparents or extra friends.

Enjoy our wonderful outdoor space, which includes a large yard with perennial gardens, patio and front porch as well as an outdoor shower. After swimming, biking, and exploring everything the island has to offer, relax with family and friends and grill dinner on our spacious patio or enjoy a good book with some hors d’oeuvres while relaxing in our rocking chairs on the front porch.

Our home comes fully equipped for all activities. Other amenities include a Weber grill, bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, lawn games and boogie boards. For rainy days there are games, books and puzzles and of course cable TV and wireless high speed internet. Off-street parking for 3 and a shed for storage are also available.

No need to get in your car. Just stroll to the restaurants, ice cream parlors, boutiques, gift shops, grocery store, museums, library, beach, playground, tennis and so much more. Enjoy a bike ride to the beach, Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven, Chappaquiddick or just cruise the many island bike paths. The possibilities are endless. After your vacation here, you will head home renewed and refreshed, dreaming of your next visit.

The Vineyard has always been a special place for our family, offering so many diverse and wonderful activities.
Before purchasing we rented in Katama and realized you are going to drive to the beach anyway so why not be in town so you can walk to everything including a beach. As soon as you get on the ferry all your worries are gone and you are ready for a PVD (Perfect Vineyard Day). So many great memories have been created here.     Great House in Great Location

    Our group of five adults spent a week at this house and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is large and clean and well equipped. There is a beautiful yard with patio and grill and a relaxing front porch to sit on.
    The house is a 10 minute walk to town along shaded streets and beautiful scenery. Close to everything.

    We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this beautiful home! It is immaculate, and no detail has been overlooked. The house is fully stocked with every imaginable amenity, from kitchen essentials to beach towels and chairs, comfortable beds...the list goes on. The interior design of the home is lovely, and the outdoor space, which includes a covered porch, patio and yard. The location is very convenient, as you can walk to town and it's only a short distance to the grocery store, beach etc. The owner was extremely helpful in answering questions and making sure we had a good experience. I can't recommend this home enough!

    Our family of 8 was really comfortable in this house, with room to spread out. We rode the bikes provided everywhere—the beaches, the grocery store, and the shops/restaurants. The house is very clean and had a fabulous collection of kitchenware. We enjoyed several grilled meals on the patio and afternoons on the porch. The owners really thought of everything necessary for a pleasurable stay and were incredibly responsive to all our questions on recommendations what to do on the island. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to be close to everything Edgartown has to offer and/or is looking for a well-outfitted home. show more show less

    Great week in this well appointed and clean Edgartown vacation rental. The layout was ideal for both privacy and gathering. Perfect location near bike paths, town and walks to Morning Glory Farm and for relaxing meals on the patio or rocking on the front porch. Sheila made the whole rental process easy.     We have owned on Martha's Vineyard for over 20 years. We originally rented in Katama but realized we took the car to the beach and still had to deal with parking when going to dinner or browsing in town. We decided to rent in town and never went back. So much more convenient and easier for everyone. Each can do as they please...walk to town, the beach, go for a bike ride. Some can drive to the beach, others ride a bike and meet up. The Vineyard is a special place with memories to make. I know our home can help you make those memories.
