We love Truro and especially the location of this house: close to Corn Hill beach for sunsets, very near fresh fish and produce markets, and with great biking routes right from the house. The design of the house, with bedrooms on 3 floors, affords plenty of privacy. The living and dining area, as well as the large deck, are light and airy spaces, great for gathering. We appreciated how clean the house was and how well equipped, especially the kitchen. Having the grill available on the deck was also a plus. Judy was a great communicator, both when we had questions and when she had helpful information or recommendations to share. We found her to be very gracious and accommodating and hope we have the opportunity to return. show more show less

Great location. House was well-equipped, clean, spacious and the owner is wonderful to deal with.

The security deposit was sent back so quickly, it has to be the quickest we've ever had one returned. A very big thank you for sharing your house with us and our friends. We all had a great time! Staying in Truro was a new experience. In the past we stayed in Brewster and at Maurice's campground. The Head of the Meadow Beach became our go to beach, it was so close and is not as busy as Marconi. We also enjoyed the Salty Market and Captain's Choice restaurant. Very good food at both. We went to Provincetown twice, once for the whale watch and dinner and a second time for a sail on the Hindu. All in all a great vacation with this house as the focal point, very comfortable and accommodated all 8 us. show more show less

This home was an excellent rental! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family of 7. Judy was wonderful to work with--she was prompt in returning emails regarding any questions throughout the process. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone considering staying in Truro!

I give this house five stars! The house was so nice! Better than the photos! It really has a spacious feeling. The main floor, besides the bedroom and bathroom, has an open floor plan so when some of us were cooking, and others were sitting on the deck, or eating, or in the living room, we could all "hang out" together! However the bedrooms all feel quite private because mostly they're on different levels. There's a sitting room on the lower level, and an office too, if you need a little quiet! My daughter said it feels a bit like a tree house - it's on a hill up above Corn Hill Beach (5 minute bike ride, 15 minute walk or 2 minute car ride). The large deck faces the sunset and many nights we grilled, ate and socialized out there. All the beaches in Truro were really beautiful. Thank heavens for The National Seashore! Truro is BEAUTIFUL and Provincetown is FUN!!! Very nice owner too. show more show less

We love The Outer Cape ! We had the pleasure of staying for two wonderful weeks. Matt's home has the aura of being right on the beach. A fifteen minute walk to bayside Corn Hill beach,or a quick drive to gorgeous Head of the Meadow Beach. Everything was perfect in this home. Loved the master bath & the master bedroom was wonderful. Your twin bedroom was super perfect/large for my teen daughter and her teen girlfriend. They had SUCH a great time/trip. We had friends come visit us for a few days & they stayed on the first level, very comfy cozy. This home is really spacious !!! More than I thought it would be. The website pics do only partial justice to the what the home really looks like. It's a beauty ! The ONLY thing missing; some throw blankets for chilly nights on the comfortable couch. show more show less
