The amenities of the house matched our needs perfectly. The bedrooms were super comfortable, the kitchen's accoutrements easily facilitated preparing meals for 10, the dining room comfortably seated all of us, and an added bonus was the wonderful acoustics of the family room which accommodated our guitar playing. Our group's criteria were well met! Looking forward to 2021's sunsets from the new deck!

We have traveled many places and rented many houses in the Cape. I have to say this is the most spectacular house we have ever been in. Everything about it is perfect! Bedrooms/bathrooms/seating areas/dining areas kitchen are so specious and so comfortable to fit 16 people. First of all, the area is so quaint and very exclusive, you can't have the public come and park around the houses to use the beaches, therefore, you really are in a very private beach and area. Very safe as well. I can't say enough about the deck as well. again, it sits 16 very comfortably and those sunsets were spectacular. On top of everything, the owner was very nice and accommodating. We had a small issue about where to find some linens and we called Jay, the maintenance guy. He was there within 15 minutes and was able to attend to anything we wanted....above and beyond of what was needed. After traveling to the Cape for years and years with just the immediate family, we opted for an extended family trip this year, and this house was perfect. It is so spacious -- for sleeping, for eating, for playing games, for just hanging out. We were 16 people, and it never felt like we were on top of each other. All bedrooms face the bay, with awesome views. The kitchen is well equipped to handle cooking for the masses. The deck has a beautiful view for taking in sunsets and star-gazing. Bay side beach is easily accessible by a staircase just steps from the house. Ocean side beaches are less than five minutes away. The best of both worlds. The owner was very easy to work with, and responsive to any questions I had. Would recommend for any large family gathering. show more show less

This wonderful beachfront property was ideal for our extended family. The house was cleaned and ready for our arrival for our one week stay last June. The spaciousness of the house was great The fully stocked kitchen, which opens to the family room, is a fabulous place to prepare meals while interacting with family members. The large deck and proximity of the beach via stairs a stone’s throw from the house received rave reviews from everyone in our party. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with from the time we inquired about the property until we left to return home. This is an amazing house on a glorious spot. We had such a great family vacation
there this past July. The newly remodeled kitchen with skylights and a dramatic view of the Bay is a delight. There are two living rooms--one with a TV that our kids monopolized, another a more formal room that the adults took over. Perfect for several families to share. Hope to stay again sometime soon. Would recommend it to
anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.
