This home has many wonderful amenities. The well-stocked kitchen has a Jenn-air stove, stainless steel appliances and a center island with seating that opens to a leather-furnished living room, with a raised hearth wood burning fireplace. Large windows provide lots of sun and a slider leads to a private rear deck. There's an outdoor shower, gas grille and picnic table in the back deck area. There is also a separate den on the first floor, along with a full bath and large utility room for storage. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The large master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan and walk-in closet. The bath has a jacuzzi tub. The house has central A/C and sits on half an acre, with front and side yards that get plenty of sun.

This is a great location that offers access to many walking, hiking and riding trails throughout the National Seashore. Just a short distance down the private road is a trailhead for some of these paths. Truro Center Village Shops are also close by. Here you will find a fish/lobster market, farm stand, liquor store and lunch shop. A short drive away are Truro links golf course, Highland Lighthouse and Museum and Truro Vineyards.

Provincetown is a 10 minute car ride away and offers more beautiful beaches, whale watch cruises and many wonderful restaurants, galleries and cultural/historical exhibits. Commercial street in P-town is a great stroll loaded with many sights, shops and activities. The Province Land area offers a visitor center, ORV beach access and awesome bike trails through the dunes and forest between Race Point and Herring Cove beaches.

10 minutes by car in the other direction will take you to Wellfleet, another beautiful seaside town with both big-dune oceanside beaches and large-tide bayside beaches. Wellfleet is a shellfish mecca and also has a movie theatre and drive-in, Audubon wildlife sanctuary, golf course and many fabulous galleries and restaurants. read more show less
