This place was paradise! The house and location are amazing - spacious, clean, private, and stunning views from every room! It was an absolutely perfect house for us - with a layout ideal for large families, and the extra bunk house for our teenagers! We so enjoyed the private beach, outdoor shower, and deck with 180 degree view of the bay - with the best sunsets we've ever seen. We were incredibly comfortable the entire time. Barbara was wonderful! After many years of searching for the "perfect" place, we finally found it!!

Gem of a find. Perfect views. Easy access to the private beach. Great neighborhood. Wonderful house well stocked for a large group. Thoughtful and responsive owners. Will definitely repeat. Kids will love this place and the quirky layout.

We loved this house! Perfect for 2 families. Fantastic views from the terrace and great beach below. This part of the Cape was also our favorite, quiet and beautiful, but very near Provincetown.

The view from the deck and the sunsets were breathtaking and magnificent. We have been vacationing on the bayside of the cape for 20 years and this was truly the best beach as there were no rocks, beautiful sand and it was very quiet. We loved being close to Provincetown . The bunk house was great for our extended family. We also made us of the kayaks and paddle board that was available for guest use. We had an amazing week!

The location of this house is wonderful, right on the bay beach, close to Provincetown dining and entertainment, and in a quiet neighborhood for walks along the rural roads. The house is spotless and well appointed with plenty of space for everyone. The bunk house was great for our teenagers, bedrooms/baths lovely, and the kitchen common areas was spacious enough for many cooks and helpers. There were indoor (games, books, cable, Netflix) and outdoor (beach chairs, paddle board, kayak) diversions available to keep us occupied. The outdoor seating areas made for shade at any time and fabulous sunsets over the bay. We loved this week; the house was perfect for us.

We stayed here with a couple other families, and it is a perfect location. The views are stunning just from the deck overlooking the bay. Our kids loved wading out to sand bars at low tide, swimming, and paddle boarding right behind the house. The interior is comfortable and has everything you need. Homeowners very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Our multi-family group stayed here in July 2016, this home was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of space for everyone to tuck away into their own bedrooms (with amazing views and the sound of the ocean waves to lull you to sleep), plus the large common room with living, dining and kitchen space that was open so we could be all together, but large enough to have plenty of elbow room and several small groups doing different things in the space, and a dining table big enough to accommodate lots of diners. Spectacular sunset views on from the deck every night, and easy access to a short set of stairs to a beautiful beach.

The owner is a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. Very nice to have plenty of linens and towels provided, and there are beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, some beach toys, kayaks, boogie boards). There is a grassy area with sidewalks between the garage/bunk house with a second patio set, so lots of outside space to sit there or on the deck overlooking the ocean, but no real yard space.

A pleasant walk or extremely short drive into town leads to a main intersection with a deli, restaurant and chocolate shop (with a Mexican food truck!), and Truro Vineyards is very close. The beach was lovely, but the seaweed got to the kids so we also drove the very short distance over to Head of the Meadow beach, extremely close and convenient.

All in all a wonderful house in a fantastic location, you can't go wrong!

We had a wonderful week on the bay side beach with extended family in June! The location of the house was fantastic with beautiful ocean views, spectacular sunsets, and a quick easy drive to beautiful Highland Links golf course as well as National Seashore beaches! Provincetown was also easy to get to, and everyone enjoyed sightseeing, shopping, and renting bikes to ride on the Provincetown bike trail! The house has kayaks, corn hole game, plenty of outdoor chairs, tables and deck space enjoyed by all! Very comfortable for a large crowd!

Perfect home for visiting the Cape. The house has four bedrooms in the main house and two rooms in the bunk house. All four rooms in the main house have large windows overlooking the beach. Stairs from the side of the house lead straight down to the private beach. The living, dining, and kitchen are an open floor space plan with tall ceilings, which is great for family dinners and entertaining. The front deck also has plenty of seating, two lounge chairs and a hammock for relaxing and enjoying the sunset over the tip of the Cape. It's about a 10-minute drive to downtown Provincetown.
