Stay right by the beach in this beautiful home with deeded beach and plenty of views. The home looks over a small private pond straight out to Cape Cod Bay and the sensational Outer Cape sunsets. Spacious and well-appointed, the home offers central air, three bedrooms, and 3.5 baths and will easily accommodate 8 guests.
The main level has a living room with a fireplace, a full dining and an equipped kitchen with everything you would possibly need including a nifty counter island with seating and a TV. There is a very large master suite at one end of this level, which opens directly to the deck with views right out to the Bay. Yes, wake up to the views - and watch the stars at night! Flat screen TV, ceiling fan and ample lighting; the bath features skylight, double sinks with cabinetry, large tub, glass shower and the sitting room has a skylight, closets, built-in cabinets with chair, large mirror and seating. There is a second suite at the other end of this level which features more views across the pond and to the Bay, ceiling fan, sliders out to the deck, large closet and bath with skylight and shower. There is a walk-in laundry room which also serves as a partial pantry. The lower level of the home has a bedroom suite with twin beds, a nicely outfitted office where you can easily work from: desk space, printer, fax, scanner, copier and a large couch to relax on. The couch opens to a double bed. Everyone will be more than comfortable in the oversized family room with the flat screen TV, fireplace, ceiling fan, chairs, couches, games, CD's, audio books, music and more.
This opens to a lower deck with more views, a large hammock and easy access to the enclosed outdoor shower. The decks have nice cushioned outdoor furniture, tables, umbrellas and a Weber gas grill. Please no pets. show more show less
