About September:
As beautiful as the summer months are, September is also a terrific time of year to be on the Outer Cape – when warm, clear, sparkly days give way to cool nights. Crowds and young families have left, but most businesses, restaurants, and activities are still open. The third week of September is the annual Truro Treasures festival with lots of activities, ending with the annual grape stomp & jazz festival at Truro Vineyards. Then at the end of September is the annual Vinegrass Music Festival at Truro Vineyards. Check websites for dates. October also has similar scheduled events, e.g. The Wellfleet Oyster Festival.
