Minimum Stay - 14 Nights. Lovely five bedroom home located in the desirable area of Tom s Hill Path near Corn Hill beach. Only 3/10ths of a mile to the bay. This home has a lovely private feeling as it is perched up on a hill. There is a window A/C unit in the family room and a window A/C unit in the master first floor suite. This bedroom also has a king bed. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a queen and 3 bedrooms with 2 twins each. These upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans. The flat screen TV has expanded cable. There is WIFI, full kitchen and 4 bathrooms.

NO Pets Accepted - owner may consider one dog (on a case by case basis). Owner prefers monthly rental (32 Nights or more = No Tax). Owner may consider two or three week option.
