We've installed a large cantilevered umbrella that extends the living space outdoors with shade and wet weather protection so you can lounge and dine in comfortable privacy.

Inside there is a new kitchen outfitted with everything needed. The living area has a queen bed made up of comfortable high-quality bedding. The bathroom has a tub and shower. There is central AC, wifi, and a large screen TV with cable and stream capability.
Enjoy a quality beach holiday in a petite, well-appointed, bright, sunny home that is also affordable.
I've been a rental agent for 10+ and I strive to exceed your expectations! I represent a home nearby that rents for over $24,000 a week. In our condo you enjoy the same multi-million dollar view!

Hi! My name is Scott and I own this fabulous waterfront condo, here at East Harbour, along with my partner, Philip, and our two dogs; Cooper & Parker. A few years ago we managed East Harbour for the owner and lived in the managers house. We loved the community of guests, they were laid back, happy, and so easy to get along with. We loved living the lifestyle of frequent beach walks, breezy days, and the biggest sky imaginable! We jumped at the opportunity to buy the best unit at East Harbour, and perhaps, the smallest. We're having fun designing, styling and outfitting our condo so it lives like a boathouse and has everything and everything has it's place. So you have a happy, content, comfortable, and relaxed vacation!

What is special about this property?
Location, location, location! This is it! You're on the beach, and it's private, and quiet, and it's yours! How lucky are we?

What is special about your town?
Beach Point is a secret, special place that most people zip through on route 6 to get to Provincetown. For those of us who choose a different path, in this case route 6A, the air is sweet with beach roses, and time slows way down. This is the beach lifestyle Jimmy Buffet sings about, but please, don't wear a parrot hat, lol!
