Kate's Lazy Cape - Bayberry House is the latest addition from Monica Nation and Kate Pierson of the B52's, owners of Internationally acclaimed Kate's Lazy Meadow in Woodstock NY and Kate's Lazy Desert in Joshua Tree CA.

Visit the outermost Cape in style! Our modern custom built, beach house is located in the exclusive cranberry hill community. Each home is on at least an acre of pine forest and is very quiet and peaceful. Bayberry House has its own 1.5 acre private parcel and is a 5-7 minute walk (.3 miles) to the community's private beach. The open plan, modern home features three bedrooms all with gorgeous views of our pine forest.

Our master king suite with private bath is on one end of the home all on one floor, two additional bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house, a few steps up you'll find a queen suite and a twin suite, with a shared bath. The Bayberry House features custom lighting features and artwork sourced by Kate.

There is a large open kitchen with all the supplies to eat indoors in our fabulous dining room or outside on our large back deck with gas BBQ grill. Grab a coffee and walk down to the beach in the morning or take a glass of wine and watch one of the spectacular Cape Cod sunsets.

Long Nook Beach and Head of the Meadow Nat'l Seashore are a few miles away - a quick 7 min drive. Grab a few groceries at Hillside Farm Stand and some seafood at Cape Tip Seafood 2 miles before you reach the house and you'll be set for a fantastic meal.

There are great dining options nearby...Montano's, Terra Luna, Box Lunch, Moby Dick's are a few of our favorites. Ptown is a quick 15 minute drive if you're looking to enjoy the ''big city'' shop and dine with the crowds at world famous restaurants and bars and then return to the peaceful enclave of Truro. read more show less
