Enjoy vast, commanding views of glittering Cape Cod Bay from this beautifully updated 5-bed 4-bath home. Stroll two minutes to kid-friendly bay beaches or drive five minutes to the ocean beaches of the National Seashore. Soak in jaw-dropping sunsets over the water from the west-facing windows and deck. Keep an eye out for whales spouting in the bay! Use the grill or the well-appointed kitchen to entertain, or drive ten minutes north to the heart of Provincetown or ten minutes south to charming Wellfleet. Lots of biking and hiking nearby!

The Location

The home is privately situated on nearly an acre. Complete with a sprawling lawn and surrounded by beachgrass, pitch pines, and sand, it is one row of houses back from the edge of the tall, west-facing bluff, and offers mesmerizing panoramic views of the bay. It is located in Bay Village, which is a bluff-top community of homes spread out amidst the sandy hills of North Truro. The area, while located mere minutes from local restaurants and the Salty Market Farmstand, is renowned for showcasing the Outer Cape's unspoiled, natural beauty. There are two beaches within walking distance, including Cold Storage Beach (a town beach) and a private association beach (accessible only to homeowners and guests).

The Space

Upstairs is a spacious open-floor-plan main room, complete with soaring 20-foot ceilings, updated kitchen featuring counter-seating for six, a dining area with a table for up to ten, and a comfortable living area with 65'' tv, all oriented toward the wall of windows looking out toward the deck and the bay. The deck includes built-in wraparound seating, a dining table, and comfortable chairs.

The airy and bright primary bedroom is sited privately down a hallway from the main room. This bedroom boasts a new king bed, 55'' wall-mounted tv, large closet, and newly renovated en-suite bath. It is wrapped in windows with views of the lush near-acre lawn, the endless sky, and out towards the glittering water.

There are two additional bedrooms upstairs, on the opposite side of the house from the primary bedroom. These bedrooms are separated from each other by a bathroom, affording each added privacy. They each have comfortable queen beds and closets, and beautiful views north to Provincetown (one of these bedrooms also enjoys views to the water).

There are two more bedrooms on the ground level. One of the ground-level bedrooms boasts an en-suite bath, new king bed, dresser, tv, and its own door in and out of the house. The other ground level bedroom has two twin beds, a trundle, and a closet.

On the ground level you will also find a comfortable bonus living area with couches and a tv, a bonus office, an additional bathroom, and the laundry room.

Each bedroom in the house will enjoy dedicated climate control from a wall-mounted mini-split air conditioner, as will the common areas on the main floor and the ground floor. There is wi-fi throughout.

Guest access

You will enjoy access to everything - the entire 2,700+ sq ft. house (minus a couple closets), the grill, the west-facing deck, the lawn, and the private association bay beach a two-minute walk away.

Truro loves dogs and dogs love Truro, but we must approve them in advance. There will be an increased cleaning fee. No pets are permitted on the furniture. There is a $500 non-refundable fee for each undisclosed/unapproved pet so please get our approval in advance. And please note that the lawn, while large, is *NOT FENCED IN*.

There is a 7-night minimum during high season. Rentals occur Saturday to Saturday during this time. On the off chance that we have a few days open, we'll consider a shorter stay. read more show less
