The dining table seats six. A slider from the dining area leads to the large front deck with bistro table and chaise lounges. The nicely-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a large island with counter seating, stainless appliances including a solid surface range, refrigerator and microwave and two coffee makers (drip and Keurig). A door from the kitchen leads to the lovely back patio with dining table and chairs.

The home's three bedrooms are all off the living room. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, slider to the front deck and an en suite bathroom with shower and double sink. The second bedroom has two twins and the third has a queen bed. There is also a second bathroom with tub/shower.

The den on the first floor has a flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV cable channels (stream additional content with your own accounts), a table for games, puzzles or work (if you can't get away) and a pyramid bunk bed (twin on the top, full on the bottom) for lounging or additional sleep space. The washer/dryer is also located on the first floor.
