Stay at our newly renovated 3BR cottage, steps from Corn Hill Beach!

This bright, sunny cottage is tastefully decorated with everything you need to enjoy your vacation at the beach. The kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated in 2021 and has all of your basic cooking needs. As this is a cottage we use regularly throughout the season, we keep it well-maintained and stocked.

Our cottage is perfect for young families and we have baby items (Pack n Play, baby bath, booster seat, high chair, baby gate, etc on request), kids' toys, books, games and puzzles. It is also suitable for couples and/or a small group of friends. There is a picnic table out front to take all of your meals outside and a deck on the back for grilling. There are 2 designated parking spots on either side of the cottage.

With a beach fire permit you can also have bonfires at the beach right across the way and enjoy the most beautiful sunset on the East Coast. Not only will you have access to the calm waters of the bayside, but you will just be a few minute's drive to Oceanside beaches (Head of the Meadow, Ballston, & Coast Guard). Provincetown is only a 15 minute drive away with nightlife and restaurants.

    Great stay

    Very clean and updated, located right across from corn hill beach, while everyone else is driving to the beach and looking for parking spots you're right there. Go over in the morning set up chairs and have your breakfast. Back in the afternoon for swimming, paddle boarding and just chilling. Get a fire permit and cook s'mores with the kids while watching the sun set and this is only day one.     Awesome house just steps for a lovely beach! Very well maintained, immaculate beach house ideal for family or friends looking to be conveniently located and directly across from charming beach where you can enjoy amazing sunsets. The house has everything you need from a vacation home with plenty of space inside and out to enjoy a break year round. Only a few mins drive to Truro center and 15 minutes from Provincetown.

    Family Friendly Beach House

    We loved our stay in this cute cottage on the beach! The boys loved running to the beach (across the street) and looking for crabs in the marsh. Everything from the cute nautical decor, washer/dryer, outdoor shower (!!), and comfy furniture/beds made our stay a true retreat. We are headed back this summer and counting down the days.
