The first of the two first floor bedrooms features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a full bath with shower/tub on the first floor. The primary bedroom is the focus of the second floor. Climb the stairs to an open room with ample light. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and sitting area and is flanked by a small deck on each side with views of the neighborhood. Leave the shutters to the living/dining area open and enjoy the view of the bay or close them for privacy. The second floor also has a large closet and a master bath with separate shower, two sinks and a sunken tub.
