It consists of one bedroom with a queen bed, spacious galley kitchen and living/dining area with wall of windows facing ocean. It also includes full bath with tub/shower combo. Unit is air-conditioned with A/C splits in bedroom and living room and also features ceiling fans and cable and WIFI. Enjoy the generous private deck overlooking Cape Cod Bay for everything from your morning coffee to the breathtaking sunsets.

Deck is equipped with gas grill, outdoor dining table and chairs and a pair of Adirondack chairs that make it easy to sit and watch life on the water. Take the FLEX Bus into Provincetown for dining, dancing, shopping, etc. Pets and smoking strictly prohibited. Tenant brings their own linen and towels. Washer/Dryer is vent-less, all-in-one appliance (best for small loads).
