Beautiful Martha's Vineyard room with balcony overlooking Edgartown Harbor in the heart of charming downtown Edgartown.

Enjoy happy hour watching the Chappy Ferry cruise back and forth. All the perks of a Harborside Inn owner with use of onsite heated pool, grills, fire pits, kitchens, pool table, ping pong, free onsite bike parking, free car parking, musical evening entertainment/ kids activities, and more.

A short stroll down the brick sidewalks to exceptional restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Walk to Lighthouse Beach and free MV Transit Bus Terminal. Parking included. This room is located easily on the first floor with no interior stairs to climb. When looking from pool / Harbor level its the 2nd level but access is first floor from street as shown in photos. Saturday June 26 - Sat July 4th currently available for 2026 season.

Check out is July 4th, but you are welcome to use the pool, watch the parade, fireworks, etc.
