Comfortable Home with Rare Private Ocean Beach

Just returned from a fabulous week at Paul's home which is remarkably spacious and comfortable. It is the location of the home, however, which is really magical. An absolutely beautiful short walk down to a gorgeous, private and pristine ocean beach. Paul was very easy to work with and we hope to return next year!

The house is wonderfully big with plenty of separate spaces so even with a full house, everyone can have their own space. The master suite with balcony is wonderfully private and the large dining room was great for our big lobster dinner. This is my 2nd time renting within the Pochet Association and I love the private beach! Paul is great to deal with, very responsive and an easy transaction.

We have been renting houses at the Cape in the 1990s, and this house is the best! The house is clean, comfortable and roomy enough for 8 adults. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the patio, and the private area of beautiful Nauset Beach. We had everything we needed for a week's stay including towels, linens, and beach chairs. The house is close to restaurants, shopping and golf. Paul is available for questions and very helpful.
We will definitely be back.

This was a very clean, comfortable home. It was large enough for 6 adults and a baby. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to a beautiful private beach. We had everything we needed for our a week's stay including beach chairs and a beach cart. Linens and towels were also available. Paul was very pleasant and helpful. Cannot wait to return next year.

This is the best rental house we have stayed in for over 10 years. We have rented houses in the Orleans/ Brewster area and this house is absolutely wonderful!! The pictures don't do it justice. it was a beautiful, roomy house. A very short walk to a private beach. Great time!!!

The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The access to a private area of Nauset Beach was just a short walk or drive. A great alternative to the sometimes crowded public beaches. The home was well stocked with useful items in the kitchen and nice gear available to use for days at the beach.

The house was cleaned and ready for us upon arrival, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate the whole family. The outside patio was a nice feature to relax during the evenings outside.

The homeowner was helpful, and accessible for any questions throughout the week. show more show less

I have been coming to New England most of my life, mostly to Rhode Island, and I can say without question this location on the Cape (East Orleans), and in particular this private community location so close to private access to the beach, has been the most amazing experience. From the early mornings at the quiet beach, to afternoons in and around town and the surrounding area, to the Cape Cod League baseball games at night, it is was just AMAZING.

Paul's house is incredible. With the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor...open kitchen ...outdoor shower...the amazing master suite on the second floor and the relaxing patio off the open kitchen, we could not have asked for more.

My family looks forward to returning again and again! show more show less
