The cottage is set on a private lot in a quiet neighborhood and has a spacious yard area. Walk in the front door and you are met by a vaulted living room with comfy seating and a TV. The living room is open to the modern kitchen that features a good-sized island with seating for 3. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen with seating for 6. The spacious outdoor deck is accessed from the dining and kitchen area and is set up for lounging or dining. </span></span></span></span></p><br/><p><span><span><span><span>The primary bedroom has a King bed and a private full bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms with two twin beds each. And there’s a shared bath for these bedrooms. </span></span></span></span></p><br/><p><span><span><span><span>The location is ideal. It’s only a mile to East Orleans Village for restaurants, ice cream, shops, including the farmer’s market style Nauset Farms with fresh produce, made to order sandwiches, a fresh cut butcher shop, and tantalizing desserts. </span></span></span></span></p><br/><p><span><span><span><span>A 7-minute drive brings you to famous Nauset Beach on the Atlantic.
