This is a fabulous pondfront home with a small dock and canoe and within walking distance (2/10 mile) of a private association beach on Pleasant Bay. The bedrooms, living room, deck, kitchen, master bath all overlook the pond. The accommodations are very private with a bedroom and bath on each of three floors.
The lower level bedroom and sleeping den have sliders allowing direct access to the back yard. The kitchen has a breakfast nook, and there are a formal dining room, three fireplaces, flat screen cable televisions as well as a large deck, screened porch, hammocks, and beautiful gardens. New windows/doors, newly renovated bathrooms, central AC. Amazing birdwatching and wildlife. Enjoy beautiful gardens on a private, waterfront lot on one of Orleans' most desirable lanes. Convenient to Chatham and Orleans attractions and ocean/bay/lake beaches. (See Further Description below)

Catch a glimpse of the red fox or muskrat while sipping coffee on the deck. Enjoy the gentle Cape Cod breezes while you nap in the hammock. Check out all the wildlife while canoeing around the 8 acre Shoal Pond then paddle over to Deep Pond for more exploring.
