This is a wonderful, completely renovated inside and out, East Orleans home which is in a great location - just steps from all the local shops and restaurants that the E.Orleans village has to offer. Also located 1 1/4 miles to Nauset Beach! The owners are installing an Oasis Heated Swimming Pool and built in spa hot tub with a paver surround which will be completed by May 1st...This year the rental is Sunday to Sunday which is ideal for Weddings on the Cape! It is located off Beach Road which is the road to Nauset Beach across from the Barley Neck Inn. The kids can walk to Sunday School for ice cream after a long day at the beach or grab a pizza at Zia's. This houes is perfect for large family gatherings, wedding parties, rehersal dinner guests, etc.!

mahogany decks, ....Screened-in eating area outside, and a nice-sized mahogany outdoor shower. A large new stainless steel grill for all of your outdoor chef needs. A stone wall...surrounding a 1000 sq foot natural patio. On the other side of the yard off the deck area will be the large swimming pool area with paver surround and a large heated salt water swimming pool and spa. What a wonderful place to be after a long day at Nauset. Complimentary beach chairs and cooler are provided for your days at the beach. Both houses have central a/c.
It's a wonderful property for a large family and for entertaining. The outdoor space is amazing! 1000 sq foot natural stone patio, tiki bar, outdoor couch and table seating for dinners and a wonderful fire pit to toast marshmellows on after dinner! Swimming pool area!! Close to everything that East Orleans has to offer: The Deli, Village Market, Zias, Joe's Bar & Grill at the Barleyneck, Sunday School, etc. and best of all just a short 1 1/4 miles to Nauset Beach. The kids can even fish off the dock at the landing less than 2/10ths of a mile away.
