Fabulous secluded location at the end of a quiet cul-de sac in an exclusive neighborhood, nestled amongst a 1 1/2 acre organic fruit orchard graced by a large Victorian Gazebo for your afternoon teas or family functions. Kayakable river through the marsh leads from back yard to the beach. There is a huge deck that overlooks one of the best wild life Marshes on Cape Cod (a bird watcher's paradise). The changing tides are an endless delight to observe, plus enjoy Cape Cod Bay's gorgeous sun sets in your own private back yard. Enjoy exquisite views from every room. There are two large Master bedrooms, two other large bedrooms, plus two queen sleep sofas in living room and family room.

The ground floor is a full separate apartment with private entrance, featuring a large queen bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and second living room with sleep sofa. This is an ideal set up if two families are sharing the home. A large dining room table comfortably seats 10-12. We provide a computer with printer/copier/scanner and DSL internet service. For your convenience there is a grounds keeper who lives quietly above the garage. |
