Our beautiful *Sunday to Sunday * vacation home has a built-in guest suite that includes its own bedroom with king bed, full bath, kitchen, washer/dryer, and private and common entrance.

The master bedroom with king size bed is located on the first floor. There are three bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen (the pink room), one with three twins (the green room), and one with two twins (the purple room). We are located on a dead end street with only 4 other houses so traffic is minimal. The 20' tall hedge bordering the rear and street side of the property makes for a very private and comfortable place for children to play and adults to chill, grill and have a cool beverage on the large deck.

The quiet neighborhood is the perfect place for a bike ride or walk. Asa's landing is 3/8 of a mile away for access to the Town Cove for clamming, fishing, kayaking or maybe just shell seeking and exploring (a great alternative to busy RTE. 28 traffic on a gray or rainy day). Flip over the table top in the Gallery and try your hand at blackjack or craps. There are several fresh water ponds nearby as well. We are ideally located and nearby both of the town beaches— Nauset, on the ocean side, and Skaket on the bay side. The baseball field is less than a mile away and the village of Orleans a few blocks further. There are many great pubs, restaurants, parks and shopping all within a 10 minute drive from our home, even at the height of the busy summer season.

    Perfect Family Vacation House

    We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house with our children and their significant others. The guest apartment was perfect for our daughter, her husband and our 10 month old grandson. We loved the close proximity to the beaches and spending time on the back deck cooking on the grill. We have been spending our summers at the Cape for many years and we all agreed that this was the best house we have ever stayed at. The outdoor shower was a favorite with our kids!

    We happened to be traveling to the Cape in the middle of a hurricane that was heading up the coast. Ray talked us through it and the weather happened to pass us by. We were so thankful. We will definitely be coming back to this perfect house for our next Cape Cod vacation! show more show less

    As the Owner of this home I feel a strong connection to it because I built it! I have built a couple houses on the cape to sell but decided to keep this one. We have a many return renters, some still from our first year in 2005. My wife and family love the location, the guest suite option when extended family comes for a visit and all the great things the Cape, and especially Orleans have to offer. The location is ideal. We are close to town, both beaches and activities but our neighborhood is very quiet and residential, the perfect mix!
