Boasting a modern design and updated amenities, Orlean's Beachcomber Retreat offers the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. With an open floor plan and soaring cathedral ceilings, the living room is a grand and impressive space featuring a beautiful brick fireplace, knotty pine wood floor. The bright and airy sunroom with sliders to a private deck is the perfect spot to relax with a book or just listen to the birdy tweets and soaking in this natural wonder while over seeing the large wetland beyond the large deck.

The house comfortably sleeps up to 8, with a master bedroom suite on the first floor featuring a queen bed and futon, and a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Upstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms: one with a queen and twin beds, and another with a full bed.

But the real gem of Beachcomber's Retreat is its location. Just a quick stroll or bike ride along Beach Rd will bring you to the magnificent Nauset Beach - one of the best beaches in Cape Cod. And when you're ready to come home, you can relax in the new patio with fire pit furniture in the backyard.

There's free off-street parking for up to 3 cars.

This is a pet-free and non-smoking home, but we may make exceptions for hypoallergenic, small, well-trained dogs. Beachcomber's Retreat offers garage space for bikes and carriages, and linen service is included - so all you need to do is bring your family and relax

Long-Term Rental (1 month or more): This home will be offered as a one or two bedroom home at winter season (from Jan -March) from $1300 ; Nov & Dec & April from $1800/mon plus all utilities for upto 1 person stay or additional $200 to the one person rent for 1 couple. Accurate rare depend on income. Credit & reference. It is conveniently located in a dead-end street and less than 1 mile away from the magnificent Nauset Beach and downtown Orleans. Only offered up to 2 occupancy. No smoking/smoker, no pet.

    Great Location!!

    We enjoyed this house and location, which allows everyone to come and go to the beach on their own schedule. The house was clean and has a nice layout for hanging out together, with enough room so that everyone doesn't have to be on top of each other. The furniture was comfy and clean, so that it didn't feel like a rental. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We will definitely consider a return next summer!

    The Sweet House On Meadow Way

    The house that we had the pleasure to rent in E. Orleans was wonderful! It's a lovely house, clean, updated and a joy to live in on our annual family vacation to Cape Cod. Nina has a great sense of style! The colors, the beautiful new bathrooms and spacious new kitchen were a delight!

    This is a house that will make anyone's summer vacation fun! It's a good size home and was able to give us all room to enjoy our stay. The location to NAUSET beach was fantastic! You can enjoy a short walk to the beach!

    Lovely stay

    We had a lovely stay at this beautiful vacation home. We loved the beach decor, the homey feeling, well-stocked kitchen and the location, so convenient to town and to Nauset beach. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck, and our kids very much enjoyed roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. We would be happy to come again!

    Nina's Orleans House

    We really enjoyed our week stay at Nina's place. The house was clean and well appointed. Location was nice, situated on a quiet street and convenient to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely try to book again.

    Great rental home!

    Our family of 9 stayed at this lovely home for a week's vacation. There was plenty of room, great kitchen, quiet road and close to Nauset Beach!

    We went to vacation in Nina's place. We had a wonderful time in there. The house is in a great location and we can walk to beach. It is also close to restaurants and shops. Nina is a nice host. She answered our questions quickly. We liked the home very much. We would go there again this summer.

    Great experience!

    We rented from Nina for the second time. This one is as beautiful as the one in West Dennis we rented last year. We were surprised by how large and roomy this property is after we entered the home. The online pictures just don't do it justice.

    The house is in very good condition, very clean and nicely decorated. There is a very large master bedroom with en suite bathroom, total 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms. There are plenty of space in the large living room, kitchen and screened porch. Large deck with two tables and gas grill.

    This is our first time in Orleans. Plenty of restaurants. What a beautiful town as I was driving around.
    Nina, thank you for making our stay at this beach house so pleasant and memorable! Our family really love Nauset Beach! This beach is by far the most beautiful beach we've ever seen. Kids loved seeing the seals! Kids had a ton of fun at Nauset Beach.

    We truly felt like at home. We highly recommend this rental home to anyone.

    We are in our 50's and owning the vacation home for over 10 years. We are blessed that we have so many returning customer year after year. Love travel.

    What is special about this property?
    This house is located in West Dennis Village abut the boarder of Dennis Port. Within 1 mile of South Village Beach where the Swan River meets the Sea.

    House is located by the water on Swan River which leads to the ocean in less than 1 mile. Boating from the back yard or just sit on our over-sized deck and watching the boater go by.
    The house is cute and efficiently arranged with three full baths and 3 good size bedroom. All total renovated with modern flavor. Two flat screen TV at the house, no more fight for programs.

    Fire Pit on the patio may be the most popular spot for family to gather around. Central AC, WIFi, outdoor shower are all amenities I like when I searching for my vacation stay.

    What is special about your town?
    Dennis is located in the mid-Cape, Heart of Cape Cod. It has 5 unique villages , each with their own personality. Dennis Village; East Dennis Village; South Dennis Village; Dennis Port Village; and West Dennis Village.

    To the north is Cape Cod Bay and to the South the views overlooking Nantucket Sound. The early settlers took to the sea for their survival as captains, boat and ship builders. At one time over 400 captains called the area their home. Today the beaches both to the north and south sides bring both visitors and residents tranquility and pleasure.

    Dennis is a beacher's paradise. The north side has many including Chapin Memorial Beach; Mayflower Beach; Corporation Beach; Harbor View Beach; and Cold Storage Beach. On the south side, is West Dennis Beach; South Village Road Beach; Haigis Beach; Glendon Road Beach; and Sea Street Beach. Take a day and visit them all.
