The open kitchen shines with new appliances & leads into the large, combined dining/living room area. The cozy seating area adjacent to the kitchen is a nice place to sit and chat with your family chef. Mini split AC units keep this home nice and cool during humid Cape Cod days. Take in the outside from the large screened in porch while grilling up some dinner on the new Weber Grill.

The main level of the house features an open living space along with 2 bedrooms. A farmer's table, large enough for all the family to eat together, is ideal for a cozy dinner at home. Cathedral ceilings and views of Meetinghouse Pond make the living room the perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the beach. A lovely den located at the end of the house offers a private area to read a book or catch your favorite television show. At the other end of the home you will find the master suite boasting a king bed & large bathroom with a standup shower. The spacious second bedroom on the 1st floor features a queen size bed. A third bedroom with 4 twin beds & a full bathroom with a standup shower makes the 2nd story the perfect place for the kids to call home for the week. A mini AC split unit on this level keeps this area nice and cool.

      Peaceful retreat

      My family, Three coupes and 5 children, found tidewater the perfect retreat. We spent most of our time on the deck and screen porch, playing board games and puzzles. The house was clean, beds comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. The bikes and beach toys were a surprise bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and so convenient to Both Orleans and Brewster. View of the bay was so peaceful. Nicest home we've rented in 30 years coming to the cape

      Absolutely stunning. We felt so fortunate to be one of the first renters at this newly redone house! Prettiest interior of any place we've stayed in the Cape - everything feels clean and fresh and high end from the bathrooms + kitchen to the interior design throughout. There are views from every window. Nauset Rentals were terrific to deal with and made everything seamless. I did find myself wishing there was a deck to sit on but other than that, we were happy as clams at Tide's End.
