John Michael was so responsive and this is an exceptionally nice, clean, and new home. Totally private even though other units were around. Our own little porch. Perfect for being able to spread out a little while on vacation.

My partner & I stayed for 8 days total. It was very cute & clean in there. The location was quiet & not too much noise. The host, John Michael, was very nice & responded quickly when I had a question.

We have been to Orleans numerous times over the past 10 years but rarely stay in the same place twice. My family agrees that we may have to break that trend after staying at this newly renovated condo. Prior to our arrival, our host let us know that we would be able to check in much sooner than expected. This worked out in our favor since we left early enough to avoid midday traffic and head to the beach sooner than anticipated.

The first thing that stuck out to me was how clean the space was. The kitchen and bathroom are tastefully designed and utilize every inch of space when it comes to storage. I especially loved how well stocked the kitchen was, including items like olive oil, a sharp knife set and storage containers. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows for family members. John also made an airbed available for an extra family member. I really can't think of any negatives about our stay.

Every aspect of our stay was fantastic! John was communicative, responsive, and helpful. The location is excellent - just 2 minutes from literally everything you need including cute shops and coffee shops, and right between the two best beaches.

I loved the property and the cute barn, too. The unit itself was pristinely cleaned along with everything being brand new and modern. The little touches of lavender in the paper towels and flowers in the bathroom were so cute. We absolutely cannot wait to visit again soon! show more show less
