Vacation in this classic Federal style, 4 bed, 3.5 bath Captain's House in the heart of East Orleans. The broad sandy beaches of Nauset Beach are only a five to seven-minute drive away. Or a quick bike ride!
Once you turn into the appealing, evergreen-lined driveway, you'll be delighted to find a spacious 3,160 square foot home, complete with a large beautiful heated in-ground pool. You'll love the large pool patio with its comfy lounge chairs, shaded by enormous, stately umbrellas. Fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco at the umbrella covered dining table. There's a fire pit here, too, perfect for star gazing gatherings on lazy summer evenings.
Inside the home, there are two living rooms/TV lounges, each with a large, flat screen TV and plenty of comfy seating. So some of your group can watch a movie, while the Red Sox are on in the other room. The fully outfitted, sparkling kitchen has everything you'll need to operate efficiently and conveniently. It features stainless appliances and quartz counters. The large island provides all the food prep space you could ever want, and has three comfy stools for feeding the kids or seating your dinner prep helpers and kibitzers. There's an eat-in table with seating for six. While you're likely to enjoy most meals out on the patio, there is a large family dining room with seating for 10. There is a half bath on the main level, just off the kitchen, where you'll also find the laundry. <br />One of the two primary bedroom suites is located on the main level. It offers a king size bed and private full bath en suite, with a tub/shower combination. The second level provides the rest of the sleeping accommodations. There's a second primary suite, this one with another king size bed with a flat screen TV, and a full bath en suite, including a separate shower and tub. Bedroom number three has a queen bed and a single twin. The final bedroom has a set of bunks plus another single twin. Those last two bedrooms are served by another renovated full bath, including a combo tub and shower.<br />This home has a washer and dryer, of course, as well as central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV. <br />Get ready to enjoy summer outdoor living at its Cape Cod best. There's a good sized patio with lounge chairs and dining for up to 10 at a large umbrella shaded table with a gas grill and roomy enclosed outdoor shower. Another plus: the large, private, level lawn gives kids a perfect place to run and play safely when they come off the beach.
