    Nice and cozy cottage

    We really loved the place. Spacious, clean and very convenient for our family of four. Close to the Truro beaches. Not too far from Provincetown if you feel like going out for a nice restaurant. Kathleen, the owner, was very nice to us and always available for any questions. I truly recommend this property. There is a nice terrace in the back, right in the middle of nature. We are definitely thinking of going back next year.

    Our Cranberry Lane home was built in 1984 and has been a rental since 2006. Rich and I live locally and have been living (seasonally) in the area for over 30 years.

    What is special about this property?
    This 3 bedroom saltbox with a cathedral kitchen ceiling and skylights is located on a quiet cul-da-sac. The wooded backyard affords plenty of privacy and is a nature lover's paradise. A large back deck gets great morning light, perfect for sipping coffee and listening to the birds. The second floor balcony overlooks the kitchen creating an open feeling perfect for post-beach snacking and perching. The home is in close proximity to beautiful bay and ocean beaches, National Seashore trails, and a wonderful Monday morning organic Farmers' Market.
