Two bedrooms containing 1 queen and 2 twins, 1 bath, stackable laundry, and a state-of-the-art kitchen fully equipped for preparation of gourmet meals. Flat screen cable televisions in the living room, queen bedroom and second bedroom (3 flat screen TV's). Wireless internet and central air conditioning for those hot summer nights.

Rinse the sand away in the outdoor hot/cold shower. Step out to the large deck or lovely yard with great privacy to enjoy summer night grilling. Nestled in the woods of Tonset only a half-mile to Tonset Harbor Beach, perfect for kayaking, swimming, sunbathing, and hiking. Less than 3 miles to both Nauset Beach to hit the surf and Skaket Beach for bayside swimming and sunsets! Convenient location for a day at the National Seashore and access to the Outer Cape. Local trendy shopping and art gallery hopping in Orleans and Chatham, and many fabulous restaurants. This quaint cottage provides the perfect space for your Cape Cod vacation!

    Quiet Cape Cod Retreat

    This Cape cottage is a definite winner. Perfect for four guests. Beautifully constructed and maintained, not to mention spotlessly clean. The cottage is located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, close to the beaches and the fun local places. Orleans is a perfect vacation destination for retirees like us. Owners, Doug and Lou, are very pleasant and responsive. Both were wonderful to work with. Hoping for as return stay next summer.

    Delightful Stay

    My wife and I had a great two weeks here (Lou promised us nice weather and he delivered). The cottage is cozy, with a small but very well-equipped kitchen, a great deck, and an endless variety of songbirds. The location on Tonset Road is ideal, with a short walk to Tonset Landing and convenient to town and Nauset Beach. We will return!

    Perfect!

    This home was amazing!! My girlfriend and I stayed for the week. It was perfect. We didn't have any kids with us but, if we did, the 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds and a closet.

    The house was so clean and well kept. Kitchen was fully stocked. Central air was nice to have. Furniture was comfortable. Bath was very clean. Loved it!!! 100% want to stay here again. ...Location was great too. 5 minute drive to Nauset Beach. So easy.

    Great Cape Cottage

    My wife and I stayed here with my mom, and my adult son visited for a few days. It worked perfectly for us with one queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two twins. Both bedrooms have cable TV. The floor plan is very open with vaulted ceiling and easily accommodated us. The cottage has a cozy feel and all the amenities you could want: cable/internet, gas stove, outdoor shower, and central a/c. It has a nice deck area for relaxing outside. Orleans is a great town and the location of this home is very residential and quiet. Nothing is far in Orleans. We loved this house and will be back soon! Very nice owner too! show more show less
