This gorgeous Nauset Heights home is located on a private road just 3/10ths of a mile to semi-private Nauset Beach access. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with central A/C throughout. Get your work done with high-speed wifi. A gas grill and a lovely patio area, as well as a beautiful grassy yard and outdoor shower allow you to really make the most of your time outdoors.

Additional conveniences include in-home Washer / Dryer and everything needed to make a typical meal in the kitchen. Take a stroll just about a 1000 ft. to Priscilla Landing with a nice little inlet beach on Nauset Harbor or about 3/10ths of a mile to Nauset Beach access.

There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on each floor. Bedroom #1 on the first floor has a queen. Bedroom #2 on the first floor has 2 twins. Bedroom #3 on the 2nd floor has a queen. Bedroom #4 on the 2nd floor has 2 twins.

    Great Time

    This is a cozy Cape Cod home with more than enough room for two families and a nice backyard for the kids to play around in. The house is walking distance to a smaller beach on the bay side and as well as the well known Nauset Beach on the ocean side. Also a short drive away from the center of Orleans where you can hop on the rail trail or stroll down the streets. Great spot and great time!

    Great value within walking distance to beach!!

    We have been at this property for 3 years in a row. We enjoy that it's a 10 minute walk down to the beach and is located in a quiet neighborhood. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and air conditioning, it works great for us. We prefer cooking our meals instead of going to a restaurant and it's set up perfectly to grill or bake. Justin is very responsive to any questions or concerns we have, and we appreciate that. Looking forward to our week in August of 2018.
